Landlord Made EZ SMS notifications

If you opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Landlord Made EZ related to your rental account. Your property manager uses Landlord Made EZ to send you important updates about your lease, payments, and maintenance requests.

What messages you'll receive

These are transactional, account-related messages, which may include:

• Rent payment reminders and receipts
• Maintenance request status updates
• Document and lease notifications
• Application status updates
• Messages from your landlord or property manager

Your consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in through the Service, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Landlord Made EZ at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Service. You provide this consent when you opt in within your tenant account.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL.

Delivery

Messages are delivered through our SMS provider, Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile information
